Error 403 message


We experience an error message '403 ERROR' (by students en teachers) while loading pages in Schoology. Anyone familiar with that? Does anyone know a solution. We have the free membership.

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance in the Schoology Community.

    Can you please let me know the exact use case, about when exactly the teachers/students are getting the 403 error? Have they tried to replicate this issue on a different browser or tried to clear their browsing data (cache and cookies)? Also, can you please share the complete screenshot of their screen along with the error message for us to further look into this issue?

    Another error-message when opening a folder. Are we using to much data on our account? What is your solution???
