Camera not available when using Flipgrid in Schoology



I have a Flipgrid video embedded in Schoology as an assignment. When I click the "Add Response" button, a message appears saying the camera is unavailable. There is not a pop-up to give permission to access the camera as the message indicates.  How do I resolve this issue? By the way, when I tested the video on the Flipgrid website, it works fine.  It there an admin setting involved?

    Good Day! Thank you for posting your question in the Schoology Community.

    There is a limitation on the developer end with regards to the use of camera and audio in a cross-origin iFrame while using Flipgrid. The workaround would be to record your video directly from Flipgrid.

    I recommend working with the administrators in your school district who should be able to get you connected with the Flipgrid support team.
