No access to the next module on my course

Hello!

I'm currently doing a "fast-track" foundation course with Essex Ham for a radio licence. It consists of 9 modules, where I'm meant to be given access to all module material straight away (because it's a fast-track option). After completing module 3 (i.e. submitting and passing a final test that is required), I was expecting the status to go from "Must Complete"-->"Complete", but it doesn't! The advice from Essex Ham is the following:

  • Double-check you have viewed every single page of the last module, as there is a chance that you have genuinely not completed it. (you can’t progress until each page of the previous module has been viewed)
  • Try logging off and on again
  • Try waiting a couple of hours
  • We’ve also had reports that clearing the browser cache can help

I've tried all the above, but it's still not working. Any help would be much appreciated!

 

As can be seen below, the test has indeed been submitted (which I assume would grant access to the next module, but it doesn't)

    Hi David,

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance in the Schoology Community.

    Please make sure that you have gone through all the pages/content attached in Module3 before submitting your assessment for Module3. If you still continue to face this issue then I recommend contacting your teacher who can re-evaluate your progress completion and can look into this for you.

    Hi again Paritosh,

    I went through all the module pages again, and also resubmitted another test, but the problem is still there. The recommendation from my course providers in such situations is the following:

    "If you find that you really can’t progress, and have tried all of the above, then the option of last resort is to raise a support request with Schoology to get them to look at your account. Schoology Support Request"

     

    So I assume my course providers don't have accesss to the backend of schoology, and so I assume you would be able to help me instead?
