Problems correcting Kami assignments

My students have been turning in assignments that were assigned with Kami for the first 6 weeks of class and correcting them has been very easy. Now, I can no longer see the document that they have turned in and instead get the message "You do not have permission to view this document" and I am then told to request access.  My students have Google accounts so I'm not sure if this is a Google, Kami or Schoology issue.

Please help!

    Hi Robert,

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

The error message you described usually appears when a Google Drive assignment is assigned and co-teachers are not able to access the assignment. In this case, did you create the Kami assignmnet or did any of your co-teachers create the assignment?  If your co-teachers created the assignment, can you confirm they created a Kami assignment and not a Google Drive assignment?

If they created a Kami assignment, and you are still receiving an error message, are you able to provide us with the name of the course and assignment?  This way we can take a closer look to pinpoint the root cause.
