    Schoology supports the file types listed here. Can you confirm you are using the supported file types to upload your video? If you are using the supported file type, and the video is still not loading can you provide us with the following information?

    1. Are you getting an error message when trying to upload the video? If so, what's the error message?

    2. Is this issue consistent across all browsers and devices?

    3. Have you tried to upload other videos and files? If so, were the attempts successful?
