Student Submissions Not Showing up

Hello,

First off, my Schoology courses look really different from just a week ago. I have been on a harvest break and went to go back in and grade and the students files are there but I can't see them. I have seen this happen to people last year. Oh, and my gradebook will not load. Please help.  Thanks.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After revieiwng your account, I was able to view submitted assignments and load the gradebook in some of your courses. Is this behavior happening in all of your courses or a specific course? If it's a specific course, can you please provide me with the name so I can take a closer look.

    Also, which device(s) and browsers are you using to access your course? Is this behavior consistent across all devices, browsers, and networks? We suggest reviewing the following System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology. 

    If the issue continues to persist after reviewing the troubleshooting steps above, please let us know. We will be happy to take a closer look and try to pinpoint the root cause of this issue.
