Auto-sync feature between Schoology and PowerTeacher

This is infuriating.  I spend 30-40 minutes looking trying to sync Schoology with PowerSchool, looking for a problem with the way the assignment might be set up and it turns out there is nothing wrong, the sync is just not working.  I have 19 classes to sync as an elementary specials (art) teacher and we (the other specials teachers) waste vast amounts of time just trying to get the two programs to sync.
Solution:  auto-sync on certain days of the week where if it doesn't sync, it will try again so I don't have to babysit it when it's not functioning well.

    Hi, Mr. Arnst.

    I replied in another thread that I have reached out to your Schoology Account Representative on your behalf.  Can you clarify your statement. Have you requested a refund/discount, and your Schoology Account Representative hasn't replied to your request?  When you reach out to him, you only get responses or updates.  What updates and response are you receiving specifically?

    Good evening,

    You may be feeling the impact of PowerSchool's decision to turn off live sync from Schoology to PowerSchool.  I continue to try to contact our account rep but there is no update and I only get responses or updates when I reach out to him.  I've requested a discount or refund as we are not getting the full feature set we are paying for but again no updates.

    (I started a thread on this topic here in the Schoology community and also in the PowerSchool community).

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!  We are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with the sync. Did you confirm all the categories were mapped and assignment titles were shorten for each assignment? If so, and the issue continues to persist, we suggest reaching out to the Schoology Help Desk! They will be able to perform a deeper investigation to determine what's happening on the back end, preventing the sync.
