Images on Schoology Assessments not showing for some students


When using Schoology Assessments, some students are unable to view images I have uploaded, but other students can. Any ideas on why this is happening and how can it be fixed?

    Thank you for posting your question in the Community.

    I will be happy to look further into this for you. Can you please share the following information

    * Have those students tried replicating this issue in a different browser?

    * They can try to clear their browsing data (cache and cookies) and can try to replicate this again.

    * If they are on Chrome then please make sure that they are on the latest version of Chrome browser.

    * Do they see any error message when they try to load the image?
