One of our courses is not sending any notification messages to any users (yes, the accounts are properly set up to receive notifications) for anything added to the course. Not for updates, not for comments, nothing. This is impacting all members of this course; neither students nor instructors are receiving notification. We have used Schoology for many years and have never had this problem. This new course is set up exactly the same as the course in previous years. BTW, we also have a second different course that IS operating correctly and sending notifications as expected. So, it doesn't appear to be an issue with our School, but rather this particular course. We've checked the course settings and they are the same in both the functioning and the broken course.
We are Basic users, so I do not have any other support contact that I can ask for assistance. Please help! Our students in this course are not receiving important course updates and are missing assignments and other alerts.
