Viewing Student OneDrive Assignments on Schoology


Hi all, 

I have having trouble when clicking into a student assignment to view their OneDrive submission. I receive an error message that states " refused to connect". It occurs on every assignment. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated?

    Hi Matt,

    Thank you for posting in the Schoology Community.

    If you are on the chrome browser, please clear your browsing data (cache and cookies) and then, navigate to chrome://settings/content/cookies and make sure that "Block 3rd party cookies" is turned off.

    If you are using another browser, please let me know and I can help you with the appropriate steps if needed.

    After completing these two steps, please try to reconnect to OneDrive using the steps in this article and let me know if the issue persists.
