Courses tab not loading


For the last week, when I click the courses link in the main header, I get the message shown below and am unable to access my courses this way.  I have to go to my profile and then select the courses from there.  

I am using Chrome as a browser and have deleted cookies to see if this will resolve the issue as I do not get this error message when using Safari.  

Please advise me on how to correct this issue within Chrome.

    Thank you for posting your question in the Schoology Community.

    I am sorry to hear that you are facing the inconvenience. Please make sure that you are on the latest version of the Chrome browser. Additionally, please again delete your browsing data (cache and cookies) and then replicate the issue and try to replicate it in an incognito window as well and let us if the issue persists.

    Thank you - multiple iterations of deleting the browsing data and cookies after updating chrome and now it works.
