Changes to Schoology Settings

I am trying to make administrative changes to the Schoology account for my program. I am unable to get in touch with anyone from Schoology and the previous administrator does not remember her login information.

 

Please help.

 

P.S.

I am interested in upgrading to the premium features, but I can't get in touch with anyone from Schoology for that either.

    Hi Jonathon,

    Thank you for posting in the Schoology Community.

    Being a basic user you cannot change your role by yourself. So, you can either delete your account and create a new one as a System Admin or you can use a different email address to create an account as a System Admin since Schoology does not allow you to use the same email address for two different accounts.     Is there a way to export the material that I have in the current account that I can import into my new account?

    I am unable to create a new account as of the changes that took place August of last year. There are not any directions as to how to create any other type of account.

    The account creation for basic users has temporarily been suspended. I recommend reviewing this article for more information. Additionally, you can refer to the below articles for exporting and importing the materials in Schoology.
