Videos pausing


I am using EdPuzzles as an External Tool in Schoology.  My students are using iPad 8th Generation devices.  The videos keep pausing and not starting back.  Can you please help me?

    Please follow these common troubleshooting steps and let us know if this resolves your issue.
    • Ask your students to clear their browsing data (cache and cookies).
    • Try to load this video in a different browser.
    • Try to replicate this in an incognito window of the browser.
    • If you are using Chrome then make sure that you are on the latest version of Chrome.
