This has happened twice. I get a message from a student and type up my reply and when I send. this is the error message I get: "There do not appear to be any valid recipients. Please check the names and try again. For additional assistance, please submit a ticket at support.schoology.com.Disallowed to send a message without at least one valid recipient"
I have tried responding directly from the student's message and I've gone to my membership and went to their name to message them directly. Same result.
I am on the free basic service, but I never saw anything about this being taken away.
The error message tells me to file a report with support, however the system will not allow me to and closes it out. I am assuming that is because I'm on the free service.
