HELP! Account Merger Gone Wrong

I am a "basic" Schoology user. I had an "old" account with all of my resources saved, so I decided to merge that with another account that I had which used my current email address. However, once the accounts were merged, Schoology behaves like I'm a student! I can't create any new courses, and I can't edit my existing courses. How can I get my account switched from "student" to "instructor"?

    Hi Jeff,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We reverted your Basic account back to Instructor status.  Please let us know if you can create new courses and edit existing courses.
