I am a "basic" Schoology user. I had an "old" account with all of my resources saved, so I decided to merge that with another account that I had which used my current email address. However, once the accounts were merged, Schoology behaves like I'm a student! I can't create any new courses, and I can't edit my existing courses. How can I get my account switched from "student" to "instructor"?
