How to delete accounts


My student graduated. How do I delete their account and stop emails?

    Hi Wilton!

    Thanks for reaching out in the Schoology Community!  Schoology accounts are managed by the System Administration at your child's school.  Since you are using the Enterprise version of Schoology, we suggest reaching out to your district's designated Support Contacts by clicking Support in the footer navigation bar in your Schoology account. They’ll be able to help you troubleshoot this further and submit a ticket with our Support team if necessary.
