Overdue Assignments Missing from Parent View

Parents in our organization are unable to see overdue assignments. I've attached a student view showing that the student does in fact have overdue assignments. I've also attached the parent view showing no assignments under the overdue section.

    Thank you for your patience. I am happy to report the Engineering team has released a fix for this issue.  Parents should now be able to view overdue assignments.

    We’ve reported this issue to our Engineering team with a priority of Moderate Impact. This means that we understand that the overdue notifications for parents are not working fully as intended, but prioritization of this issue is weighted against more urgent issues and other features we are developing. 

    Please let us know if there is new information about this issue that might change the priority. If it can be included in a larger scope of work or the priority changes because we missed something from you or hear back from other Schoology customers about this issue, we’ll let you know.

    Please elevate the priority of this issue. It's hard to have parents relying on Schoology to see what their students need to complete, but not see any overdue assignments. At this point, in the parent account, you actually have to look through all of the courses for missing assignments, which should not be the case in any LMS. This is an issue for all parents using Schoology, as well as for our district paying for Schoology as a communication tool for our families.

    This is a priority issue. 

    Honestly, for us about 75% the reason we have schoology at all is so that parents know what's up with their kids, and if stuff is late, etc. This would be an easy fix, and would make your product a little less cumbersome and more useful for parents and students alike.
