Commenting on class work

I have been trying all day to comment on my assignments using my laptop, it is not allowing me to, I however can do it using the app on my phone. Is there anyway to get this fixed? I do not like using my phone to do school work.

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

    Can you please let me know where are you trying to add a comment?  Discussions, Updates, etc?

    Do you receive an error message when attempting to add a comment?

    If you haven't done so already, can you review our System Requirements Guidelines found here to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology. 

    If the issue continues to persist after doing so, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look into this issue for you.

    This issue only occurs in discussion posts, I do not get an error message. When opening the discussion post, I can press the comment button, but it does not allow me to type anything.
