We have a handful of teachers who embed video they are storing in Google Drive who are unable to have students play back the content UNLESS they tap the little icon in the top right corner to open in a new window. Content that has been embedded from Youtube works fine. the videos are set so everyone with the link can view, so it isn't a permission issue. We have had a support ticket open since early December and still have not been able to have our issue resolved, so I thought I'd reach out here. This happens both on an iPad in Chrome & Safari, as well as on a macOS laptop in Chrome and Edge. While we can get this to work by having students open in a new window, for our younger learners this can be a bit of a challenge and has lead to a fair amount of confusion.
