Yes this is happening to two teachers in our district.  I've contacted schoology and they said they sent to their engineers. But that was last week.  This is an important aspect for our students, so you would think it would be a top priority.  I am glad to know it is happening elsewhere too.  No solution to offer you, but if you find something let us know.

    Hi,

I am experiencing this issue.  I have created an ongoing event on the calendar, and it is not showing up under "Upcoming" on my Schoology courses.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I have created ongoing events on the calendar, and it is not showing up under "Upcoming" on my Schoology courses for myself or my students. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Hi, Mr. Shingler.

Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

If you have created an event, it is placed on the calendar for the start day and time and not the end date. If the start date has passed, it will no longer appear in upcoming since it is current.

If you would like to have an event due date appear in upcoming, we recommend creating an assignment with a due date.  Assignments do not have to be associated with a grade.

Another option is to create two events, one for the start date for the event then one for the end date of the event.  This will show the event with the end date as upcoming. Please let us know if this helps or you need further assistance.

    Hi Precarmed,

Thank you for reaching out to the Schoology Community!

To view the calendar, navigate to the Schoology home page > Course Dashboard, and on the right, you should be able to view the Calendar that has the upcoming events.  Once you click into the course on the course dashboard, the calendar will not be displayed on the right side.

    Best,

    Muskan Sehar, Schoology team.
