I want to delete my account but I am unable to do so because of the need to be out of all enrolled courses

I asked my professors (Yes, every single one of them) to opt me out of my courses but only one replied to me, all the other courses I am enrolled are orphaned.

 

I want to delete my account, I tried submitting a ticket but I got the classic "Thank you for contacting Schoology. This is a ticket auto-close notice. "

 

What can I do?

 

EDIT: All my courses are completed since july, I have no longer anything to do with them, I can't do anything about it

    i have the same problem.  have you resolved yours?
