My principal signed up for an instructor account in August. I was able to add him as an admin to a number of my classes. (He is listed as a co-instructor for the majority of my classes.)
I am basically the high school teacher in our building who is piloting Schoology.
Unfortunately, my principal is unable to log back into his account and therefore has no access to my classes. He has tried the "reset password" but that did not help.
Now, of course, he cannot even sign up for a new instructor account (basic program not enterprise).
Anyone have any suggestions?
