Scores Pending

I had several students take a quiz today and most of them have "Scores Pending" as their status. The Schoology Support page said to contact support, so I am.

    I am having this issue as well. My students just spent the block doing a quiz. The quizzes say "scores pending," but I cannot open them. When I try to grade by question, there are no questions to grade.

    Same here! It worked this morning with another class, but isn't working now.

    We have teachers reporting this issue as well.

    We also are having many teachers with this issue. They are having to unsumbit the student assessment and resubmit it again. This doable for a couple students. However, it is very tedious for a large group of students which is happening as well.

    Same here.  Students are panicking.  Is there anyone in Schoology looking into this?

    I have been having this problem since 10:30am EST.  I hope someone with Schoology is working on this.

    Same timeline as others. Scores pending starting at 10:30 am.

    I tried the unsubmit and submit again trick for students. It works sometimes, but not others? Strange.

    I tried the unsubmit adn submit and same here some it works some it does not!

    Does anyone know if these submissions are going to show up at some point?  My students are in a panic!

    I was just told that Schoology is aware and will have the fix very soon. But I am not sure what that means

    Some of my earlier classes' scores have been graded and loaded. Current class still hasn't given them a score once they submit.

    Ditto! I normally will unsubmit the test and have the student resubmit it, which clears it and scores it. However, this time it is not!

    I assigned an assessment on Tuesday and any student that took it Tuesday or yesterday shows a score but anyone that submitted it today shows they submitted it but have no score and it says "scores pending"

    HELP!!

    When is this issue going to be fixed?  I just retyped the entire assessment to create a new copy of it and pushed that out to the kids with the score pending message and one just took it and it is showing score pending on this new assessment.  I'm going crazy with schoology and am NOT impressed at all!

    My assessments from yesterday finally went through, but I'm having the same problem with today's classes. Foolishly I thought it was fixed. Can we get an idea of a timeline here?

    So annoying!  None of my students' scores are showing - everything says "Scores Pending".  What's interesting is my one class who took their quiz on the old format this morning had no problems what so ever.  Funny, it seems we never had problems like this before the "update" or "upgrade" or whatever.  I contacted Support to file a ticket and got a robo response - UGH!

    I also have the "scores pending" message - a few of my students' submissions went through and were gradeable, but most are sitting with "scores pending"

    I also have the message scores pending.  I had this problem yesterday on a quiz.  It then worked fine this morning for a different class and now it says scores pending again.  What should be done?

    according to the schoology status monitor:

    September 11, 2020 12:55PM EDT
    [Investigating] As with yesterday's incident, some end users are seeing Assessments scores not appearing. Scores are stuck in a pending status. We will provide further updates as we investigate.
