I can't send a message to my teacher.

Hi, 

I'm unable to send a message to my teacher, whenever I type her name, it never shows any valid recipients. Please help.

    Hi all,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    It's possible that your teacher (s) have registered under a different email. If you do not have your instructor's contact information, you can send them a message in Schoology by following these steps:

    - Navigate to your course in Schoology 

    - Click on " Members" located on the left- hand side of the course page 

    - Click the gear icon to the right of your instructor's name 

    - Select " Send Message".

    If the issue continues to persist, please let me know.

    Ive tried to send a message to my teacher but says unvaild reiceptants

    First day of school, I can't send assignment email to teacher.

    I can no longer send a message to the teacher.. she is not listed, but i can reply to past emails.

    Hi Giovana Gisel,

    Thank you for reaching out for assistance in Schoology Community.

    You can go to your Course and can send a message to your teacher by going into Course > Members > Click on the gear icon in front of the teacher's name. If you are unable to send a message using this method, please share if you were able to message the teacher previously.  If so, what were the steps you took to message the teacher? 

     

    If this does not help you then I recommend reaching out to the Admins in your school by using the Support option at the bottom of your screen and then your Admins can connect with the Schoology Support team to investigate this further.

    Hello, I cannot send messages to my teachers by clicking on the little mail icon, I cannot send them messages if I go to members and message them and it always says, "The following recipient will not receive this private message". 

     

     

     

       I need some help.

    Depending on the privacy settings on your teachers account, they may have adjust their privacy settings.

    In this case, we recommend contacting your teacher's in person or via phone.
