I'm getting reports from people who are trying to send a message to a teacher and their name isn't populating on the recipient list when entering their name.

We've tried adding one teacher every way possible and we can't find him through the messaging center! 

Teachers are find this as well when trying to search for students.  

Any suggestions?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

     

    Can you please have the teacher check the Privacy Settings in his account to make sure they are not set to "No One".?

    If they are, please have him change them to Schoology Users/Organization.  This should allow students to message him directly.
