students can't view my "Updates" posts

I just found out that about half of my students can't see anything I post on the Updates page. When they called our school's help desk they were told it was something they needed to contact the teacher about. How can I help? I have some kids that can see update posts and some that can't. Can someone help?

    An "Updates Refresh" needs to be performed by the Schoology Help Desk!  Therefore, I opened a ticket with the Support Team.  We will follow up with you in the ticket.
