My children's former school district unknowningly associated a Schoology account with my designated email. They never even used it, as far as I am aware. When we moved to a new district, I was unable to open a Schoology account with my preferred email because of its association with the old school district. I couldn't figure out how to delete the old one (again, I never requested it, and I don't believe I was ever even informed that I even had one). I was forced to start a new Schoology account on a separate email. I attempted to merge the two accounts, but it told me that feature was unavailable with the original (old school district) account. I was recently able to clumsily link the two accounts, but I would really like to to delete the old, and completely unused account, and use the preferred email for the current school district. I have no association with the old school district anymore, and no contact information is available to me for it. How can I delete it? I even have a one student on there who has now graduated from college that I cannot remove!
