My school will be using Schoology for virtual school this year. The thing is that I already have an account because I use it for a training I'm currently in. I don't see an option to add the parent access code to set up our school account within my current account. Can you please advise me on how to do this? I'd rather have the accounts merged than have to set up a second account with a different email address.

We recommend creating a separate Parent account for your children. We understand this can be challenging so, we allow you to link your accounts together! In doing so, you can:

I should make it clear that it's my kids school. I use it for a teacher training for my yoga therapy program. I need to set up for my parent account for the kids school.
I have this same issue, but I use one email address for everything, so I cannot sign up for a parent account and then link the two. Is there a way to convert an old instructor account into a parent account?
