Student cannot see grades


I have a free teacher account in Schoology. With the exception of one student everyone can see "Grades" in the upper and right menu bars. Why is this one student unable to access "grades?"

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Can you please let us know if the student submitted assignments? If so, are there any grades appearing in the gradebook for his/her submissions?

    If the student cannot access grades for a test/quiz, can you review this article to make sure he/she isn't experiencing any of the listed scenarios.

    Please let us know if the issue continues to persist after reviewing the information listed above.  This way we can take a closer look.
