I want to delete my account


I have read and I know I can delete my account once I am out of all my enrolled courses, but my problem is I have 2 courses orphaned in my account (The instructor no longer works in the institution and does not reply to any email I have sent asking to delete my account from the course)
I want to ask you please to delete my account from your service and all my associated data, I have submitted a ticket because I don't know where to ask for a complete deletion of my data from your servers

This is my fifth try because the other ones recieved the message:
"Thank you for contacting Schoology. This is a ticket auto-close notice."
