Students can't do video responses on quizzes or assessments on LockDown Browser

Now that students can record their video response on test questions, they can't do that with LockDown Browser.  Please fix this.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    We are not experiencing this behavior on our end.  Does this behavior continue to persist on your end? If so, can you please explain what's happening when students try to record a video response?  Are they getting specific error messages, a blank screen, etc?

    Also, if you haven't done so already, we recommend reviewing this Help Guide for troubleshooting LockDown Browser issues.

    Please let us know if the issue continues to persist after performing troubleshooting steps listed in the guide above.
