Schoology Screenshot Problems

My son receives error messages when attempting to save screenshots using the ctrl/shift/windows key or the ctrl/windows command. He is incredibly frustrated since he’s getting late submission notices from teachers where he’s done the work but can’t submit his screenshots. I just had him go in and clear out his entire history of submitted screenshots and it appears to be temporarily working now. Is this the only fix for this? It would be nice for him to save those submissions to study from in the future. Can you change then file storage size? Any guidance appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community! 

    Schoology does not have a native screenshotting application. Any screenshots are taken by your device's built-in screenshotting tool. 

    Are those screenshots unable to be saved to the device or unable to be submitted as attachments to assignments? 

    Schoology Assignments accept a number of file types as attachments, such as PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc., provided that they are 512MB or smaller.
