Trouble with logging into conferences.

My teacher has conference calls for my class each week.  When I click on the conference tab, within my course, I receive an error message that reads, "No login information was received.  Try loading this application again from within Schoology." Can anyone tell me how to fix this error?

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!

    Are you attempting to access Conferences via mobile device? 

    If so, please. see BigBlueButton's system requirements for mobile here.

    If you are encountering this issue on a web browser (BBB recommends either Chrome or Firefox), please let us know.

    I am also getting the same message when trying to access the conferences from my laptop. How can I fix this?

    I do not have chrome or firefox. I have an HP Microsoft Edge. And I am receiving the same message. I am UNABLE to attend an conferences. PLEASE HELP!!!
