Access Restricted


My student cannot access the lessons on the iPad the school issued him. Some folders are able to be seen but others give us the error message of Restricted Site. This did not happen last week nor does it happen on the desk top. Both of my first grade students cannot access their lessons. While we are reporting annoying issues. The schoology app does not work on the iPad either. It gives me the message that I need to sign in through the school when I've already correctly chosen the school.

    Hello April,

    As far as the “Restricted Site” error,  can you please make sure your devices are up to date and meet our system requirements. If your devices are up to date and meet our system requirements and you continue to get a "Restricted Site" message, please let us know.

    In reference to logging in,  please reach out to your Support Contact to confirm you are using the correct login workflow for your district.
