I've been having significant problems using the Schoology Complete/Student Progress feature. This issue has happened a few times and most recently today. An assignment that was submitted on time and over a month ago by student suddenly appears as "in progress" even though the student submitted and met the requirements. Because of this, the student cannot access today's work.
Before anyone replies I did recheck student progress multiple times. It fixed the issue for a few students, but not all.
The screenshot below shows that the student submitted the work but completion shows it as "in progress."
