Hi,

I've been having significant problems using the Schoology Complete/Student Progress feature. This issue has happened a few times and most recently today. An assignment that was submitted on time and over a month ago by student suddenly appears as "in progress" even though the student submitted and met the requirements. Because of this, the student cannot access today's work.

Before anyone replies I did recheck student progress multiple times. It fixed the issue for a few students, but not all.

The screenshot below shows that the student submitted the work but completion shows it as "in progress."

    And here is another example of the same issue.

    This screenshot shows the student has met all requirements on my end up to today's folder.

    But on their end, this is what they see. The successfully met all requirements for that day and Schoology shows the green check mark by the assignments. Yet, completion states their work is "in progress" even though they met all requirements.

    And, just to reiterate, I had Schoology recheck student progress multiple times today, but this issue keeps showing up.
