Unable to load conferences from HP Microsoft Edge


I have tried several times to get into Conferences. And all I get is; No login information was received. Try loading this application again from within Schoology. I AM IN SCHOOLOGY!!! How do you think I received the conference notice?  How do I login????? Please.

    I am sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

    If you are encountering this issue on a web browser (BBB recommends either Chrome or Firefox), we suggest clearing the cache and turning off “block third-party cookies” on your browser. Here’s a Help Guide with additional troubleshooting steps for Conferences.

    Hi Nina, my son was trying to use Edge today for school, and a widget in Schoology would not load (401 error). We eventually tried Chrome, which worked. I'd like to better understand why Edge is not fully supported. Who is this "BBB" making that recommendation? I see Schoology claims that Edge should be supported:
