Google Drive Resources App will not work


My Daughter's teacher has included links on assignments with Google Docs, with the expectation for her to click on the link, complete the assignment & submit.

Where the Google Doc should be, she has "access denied".

I've confirmed that she is logged into her Google Drive account through CERAN

In Schoology I've clicked "resources" then Apps then I can see Google Drive Resources App, but her teacher says there should be a "connect" button, which she does not have on her screen.  When I double click the Google Drive Resources App button, it looks like it wants to load something, but nothing happens.

I've logged her out & back in of both Schoology & Google Drive.

I've also "allowed cookies" on this site.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Emily, 

    Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing. 

    When you say that you've logged her out of Google Drive, do you mean logged out from the Google Drive Assignments App within Schoology or externally to Schoology? 

    That is, have you followed the steps laid out in this article

    If not, doing so may resolve this issue for you. 

    If force log out does not resolve this issue, please let us know.
