Help With Student Submissions


M daughter uses the Schoology app for her work. Her school asks her to upload/submit her assignments from a program called Notability into Schoology. We are successful in the submission however, when we click on the uploaded assignment (under a submission tab in schoology) we get the "Unable to View" response. Her teacher is getting the same response. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this behavior! 

    Have you tried to download the submission instead of viewing it within the browser? 

    If that doesn't work, please try first exporting the file as a PDF from Notability and then separately uploading it to Schoology (rather than from directly within the Notability app). 

    Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue.
