Schoology isn’t working or downloading for me.


Hi my name is heaven, and i am having trouble with downloading schoology. It was just working and now its not so i deleted it and tried to reinstall it but its not working all it says is “ you have to purchase on App Store” but its still not working. And i have work to get done but its not working at all. So please help

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this! 

    Are you seeing the "purchase from App Store" message within the app or within a browser? 

    Are you able to download, but then unable to log in? If so, please see this Help Center article

    Have you checked to make sure your device is compliant with our System Requirements?

    In the meantime, are you able to access Schoology via web browser or mobile web browser?
