Can't see or add comments



I'm able to enter Schoology with my son's username and profile. When I enter the site I can switch between my profile and his profile (its says viewing as in the top of the screen...) but he is not able to see or post comments. All the posts are seen as "anonymous". He's expected to post comments as part of his class assignments and this really frustrating. 

Any suggestions of how to fix this or what to do?

    Hi Natalie, 

    It sounds like you're viewing your son's account from within your own parent account. Parent accounts have "view only" permissions. 

    In order for him to post comments, he will need to do so from his actual student account with his own login credentials.
