Cannot add new school


I am trying to add a new school to the system. I have followed the steps in the help article but when you scroll to the end of the list as suggested, it doesn't let you get to the end of the list, it just has you keep scrolling forever. Any suggestions?

    The more specific you can get with your search, the shorter the list will be. 

    Have you tried typing in other key terms?

    My school is a new school to the city; we have merged with another school and have a new name. I can't add the new school's name.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    As a Basic User, there are two options for changing your school association.

    1. You can choose to delete your current account and create a new Schoology account with the correct school. You can delete your current account by following the steps in this article.

    2. The other option is to create a new account at your school and merge the old account into the new account. You can find that process in this article.
