can not get documents to open


i can not get my schoology document to open and i need to submit it today.

    The more details we have, the better we'll be able to resolve this. 

    Were you able to submit your assignment? If not, what error message are you seeing? Can you attach a screenshot? 

    Is this a regular Schoology assignment or an assignment through an app, such as Google Drive Assignments App? 

    Are there any completion rules attached to the assignment? As in -- are there any other assignments you need to complete before you're able to have access to this one?
