I get error codes when I try to login to the Schoology app

Hi I’m a student and need to use the Schoology app for my classes. I have the app on my phone and tried logging in but I keep getting error codes. I’ve tried using the article to help me login but it didn’t do anything. I can login just fine on the internet browser but the app gives me error codes when I try to login.
