Schoology audio on videos is not working

Hi my name is Kayla and I am doing online learning because of the carona virus issue that is going on right now and when I tried to watch the video that our teacher sent to us I could not hear the audio to the video but could see the video. But I can hear every other sounds on YouTube or music anything else but on the app so I don’t know what else I could do to solve this problem but if you could help it would be greatly appreciated!     Hi Kayla,

    If you are accessing the video via a Schoology mobile app, please make sure the ringer on your phone is enabled. 

    If you are accessing the video via a web browser and still experiencing this issue, please let us know.

    The sound on the YouTube video for my math lesson 3 plays without sound. I am connected from my pc in google chrome browser. Other videos play fine with good sound. Please Help.

    My daughter is viewing from a web browser and is currently having the same issue. How do I get this fixed?

    I have a couple of students reporting this in my district.  They are accessing through their Chromebook and I have had them check site settings and cleared their history.  They hear audio from videos with no issues outside of Schoology.

    We are seeing the same issue on student iPads in the Schoology App

    My browser is not supporting video or recorder.  I have a macbook

    We have several students reporting this issue as well. They can listen to videos on Youtube, but the sound doesn't work for videos in the Schoology app for iOS.
