Video won't submit

I am trying to submit a video but it just won't add it to the submissions. Is there a size limit or something?

  Hi Shayne, 

  Our file upload size limit is 512MB. 

  Please make sure your file is smaller than this. 

  Alternatively, you can also consider uploading the video to a service such as YouTube and submitting a link to the video.

  When students respond to a Discussion using video, or try to submit a recording in response to an assignment, there's no way to know how large the video file is. When they finish recording, their upload symbol just runs and runs but never stops. This is happening to both students and teachers (especially in Updates.)  What is the issue?
