In the past year, I have attended a certain course on Schoology. Upon completion of this course, I have requested the lead lecturer to unenroll me from the course so I can delete my account. The request has been denied. To my understanding, I have a right to my data on Schoology, which cannot be used after consent withdrawal.
I will be grateful for assistance from whoever has the administrative rights on Schoology to deal with this issue. I have contacted Schoology, however, they no longer accept ticket submission from basic users.
