I'm having the same issue, regardless of the network I'm connected to (home/work/cellular).  Very frustrating.

    Hello. My name is Elizabeth or Lizzie Valdez. And I have the same problem. I was trying to submit this assignment for my biology class.This problem has been happening to me since yesterday. I'm using google chrome and it is up to date and everything! Every-time I wait, and I submit it just sends me this error message that you see below. It's very frustrating and I don't know what to do!

    Hi Yimei. 

    That's okay. Thank you for responding! I do know that the whole country is probably using Schoology because of the pandemic. However, yes I am still having problems with this!

    Hi Lizzie, 

    This looks like an issue within the CK-12 app. 

    This may be due to the recent Google Chrome update. 

    To resolve this issue, you can try navigating to: chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies (copy & paste into your browser) and set that flag from "default" to "disabled." 

    Please let us know if the issue persists even after adjusting this flag.

    This behavior was likely due to the recent site-loading issue we've experienced due to the unprecedented levels of traffic associated with the COVID-19 crisis and associated school closures. 

    We've put out periodic statements to address the recent incidents HERE.

    We apologize for the disruption and the inconvenience it may have caused. 

    You should be able to submit assignments as usual now. Please let us know if you're still experiencing this and we can open a ticket with our Support team to investigate further.
