Unable to Archive Workshops

I am unable to archive dormer workshops and have been receiving the same error screen as previously noted.  Please advise.

    Have you followed the workflows delineated in this article: How do I archive a course?

    If so, what error message are you receiving? Please attach a screenshot if possible. I'm unable to locate any prior reports of this from your account.

    Yes - I did that as others have responded to you as well.  It did not help.
