Assessments not showing scores

all assessments showing "pending" - after 20 minutes scores still not revealed

    YES! Same boat here. My kids are taking a final, I hate how long it takes to score.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! 

    We’ve escalated this issue to our Engineering team, with a priority of Moderate Impact. This means that we understand some assessments results are taking longer than usual to load, but prioritization of this issue is weighted against more urgent issues and other features we are developing.

    I see that you already have a ticket open with our Support team. Our team will continue to follow up with you there.

    Same issue here!  My kids are waiting 20+ minutes to see the scores to make corrections, this is actually making class more difficult instead of easier :(

    An update: Our team has confirmed that this is being investigated as an urgent issue. That means our Engineering team will be working on this issue during our normal business hours of 9am-6pm EST, until a resolution has been reached.

    As this is a confirmed urgent issue that is being actively worked on, creating a new ticket is unnecessary. We'll update this thread with any changes and when a resolution is reached.

    This appears to be an ongoing issue. I watched my students submit the assignment and it says scores pending for two of them but the rest show complete.

    Dear Ms. Shao, 

    I work for Henrico County Public School System in Glen Allen, VA.  My students took a quiz using the blue puzzle Assessment app last Thursday and Friday.   The scores took more than 5 hours to load.  Today, several students told me that they were still waiting on scores.  Others said they completed their second or third attempt on the quiz, but Schoology only showed their first score and not the updated scores.   Is there a way for me to recheck student progress on the scores?  Or a button I can click to resync the scores?   Otherwise I have to manually open each quiz and check the number correct out of total quiz questions in the upper right corner.  I don't have time to do this for 150 students.  Help!

    Same for me. My students completed an assessment and it shows that it's complete, but it has no score for a few of them while the rest have a score.

    Exact same situation for myself and a colleague.  We both gave assessments using the green puzzle piece.  3-4 students have their score posted.  The rest of the scores are blank.  If you go into the assessment, you can see the score but they all have to manually entered.  Please offer any assistance.
